Prairie Ridge CDDO LifeCourse Framework Event-Chanute, KS

Come to the Prairie Ridge CDDO Regional Charting the LifeCourse Event to explore how the lives of people with disabilities and their families are being enhanced at all levels of systems change through the Charting the LifeCourse framework.

Participants will learn how to have conversations with individuals and families about a vision for a good life and how to achieve it using the
Charting the LifeCourse framework.
They will explore how the life domains helps plot a trajectory towards a successful life, across the life span.

Registration opens at 8:00 am. Snacks Provided.
