All KCDD Council Meetings are held at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library, Marvin Auditorium 101C, 1515 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66604, and are generally in session from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. All meetings and conference calls are open to all members of the Council and the general public. Public comment is welcomed and time is made available at each meeting for public comment
